He's an avid fisherman and knows what's biting and where at any time of the year!
3. Go for a LEISURELY walk
Right on the edge of our caravan park sits Winifred Curtis Reserve which has many different walking tracks to explore. Walking along Steeles Beach is always enjoyable and relaxing in Winter as well as Summer.
4. Twilight wildlife watching in Winifred Curtis Reserve
At the park guests enjoy regular visits from native birds and rock wallabys. If you're really lucky you might even be able to spot the occasional echidna, dolphin or whale down at Steeles Beach.
5. Fish and chips in scamander
Always a great holiday treat, grab some fish and chips or a burger and settle on the beach, playground, skate park or jetty to enjoy! We have heard from some guests that they consider Scamander Newsagency and Mouth Cafe to have the best fish and chips in Tasmania!
