Our custom-built, wood-fired sauna offers a warm, tranquil escape, paired with an invigorating ice bath – which can also be transformed into a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Whether you’re here to unwind, recover, or reconnect with nature, this is the perfect place to reset.

Each booking reserves a private hour-long session for you (or your group) to enjoy the sauna and your choice of cold plunge or hot soak.

  • Wood-Fired Sauna – Enjoy the deeply cleansing heat of our traditional sauna, hand-built and heated naturally with wood fire.

  • Ice Bath – Refresh your body and mind with a cold plunge for physical recovery and mental clarity.

  • Hot Tub Option – Prefer to soak? We can heat the bath instead – just let us know when booking.
